I know from my own experience that Menopause doesn’t show up neatly.

I've designed these one-on-one sessions for women who want personalised, experienced support - not generic advice, not another thing to “power through”.

How this works: 

These are private, 60-minute coaching sessions with me, Dr.Daniella Goldberg PhD, Second Spring founder, menopause yoga teacher and menopause coach — tailored entirely to you.

Together, we’ll:

  • Make sense of what’s happening in your body and nervous system

  • Talk through the symptoms that are impacting your life most

  • Learn practical, menopause-appropriate practices you can actually use

  • Leave with clarity, calm, and a plan that fits your real life
