Why Second Spring?

 This is my story, I imagine you'll be able to find similarities with your own:

 

I was juggling a demanding career, raising young children, and ignoring my own needs in my early 40s. I was exhausted, irritable, stressed and angry over the smallest things – surges of rage arose over screaming at my partner, my kids and at work.

 

At the time, I didn’t realise I was also entering peri-menopause. A life threatening health scare with my thyroid stopped me in my tracks which prompted me to go back to a new type of yoga and meditation — this changed everything.

 

With each breath and restorative practice, I began to feel calmer, stronger, and more connected to myself again. 

 

That's why I decided to offer real support through the transition of menopause with the grounding power of yoga for everyone. 

 

I personally understand the unique physical and emotional shifts of this stage, and can  provide accessible, hormone-informed classes designed to meet you exactly where you are.

 

Our monthly subscription includes live sessions with me, an ever-growing library of on-demand practices, and a private community chat to connect with others on the same path.

 

Whether you're managing hot flushes, mood swings, sleep disruption or just seeking a moment of calm, we’re here to move with you — gently, confidently, and without judgment.

I can personally testify to yoga being the transformational shift in my menopause journey. It's helped me regain a sense of self, a calm balance that I was struggling to find. I hope I can help you find it too.
