This Monday. 7pm.
Just one hour for you.

Your week will be better for it. Your nervous system will thank you. And three weeks from now you won't be able to imagine Monday without it.

Your first class is completely free. No commitment. No credit card.

Just you, your mat and one hour that's entirely yours.

One hour. Three powerful practices. One completely different week.

Gentle Menopause Specific Yoga - 30 mins

We begin with movement — gentle, therapeutic yoga chosen specifically for the menopausal body and nervous system. Poses and sequences that ease hot flushes, release the tension that builds over a busy weekend, and reconnect you with how your body feels right now. No experience needed. No flexibility required. Just movement that meets you exactly where you are.

Breathwork - 15 mins

The single most powerful tool for a menopausal nervous system. We move through calming, regulating breathwork techniques that lower cortisol, ease anxiety and bring your body out of fight-or-flight and into genuine rest. Practices you can take away and use any time the week tries to overwhelm you.

Guided Mindfulness — 15 minutes

We close with a guided mindfulness or meditation practice — different each week — that leaves you feeling clear, centred and quietly ready for whatever Monday brings. Even women who have never been able to meditate find that this gentle, guided approach finally works for them.

The week is already calling. Give yourself one hour first.

Before the emails.

Before the family needs something.

Before the endless list gets its hooks in.

Mindful Mondays gives you one sacred hour to arrive in your body, calm your nervous system and start your week from a place of clarity rather than chaos.

This isn't just a yoga class. It's a weekly ritual. A standing appointment with yourself that - once you've experienced it - you won't want to miss.

Every Monday at 7pm we gather online - a small group of women navigating perimenopause and menopause together - for one hour that sets the tone for everything that follows.

Your week starts here. 🌿
